easy 3- Step instructions and drop them in any mailbox. We'll send you a check the day we receive your

You need to enable the cookies in your browser.
If you're using Internet Explorer go to Tools> Internet Options> Privacy and set the slider to Medium.
If you're using Netscape Communicator go to Edit> Preferences> Privacy and Security> Cookies and
select Enable cookies.
You can always change your settings back to the way they were after you get a quote.

How much will I get for my used CDs, DVDs or games?

The amount we pay for a disc is based upon the Title and condition.

What if I don't want to wait for you to send me a mailer for my discs?

If you have mailing materials (a "padded envelope" or a corrugated cardboard box), you can make your
own mailer. After you get a quote, you can get instructions and you'll be able to print out a postage-paid
shipping label to send in your discs.

When will I get my payment?

You will receive an email confirmation the day we receive your discs. We'll then mail your check or credit
your PayPal account the same day.  If you do not receive the check within 10 business days from the day
you receive the email confirmation, contact us here and we will reissue the check.  

What if the used CDs, DVDs or games I want to sell aren't listed?

If the CD, DVD or game you want to sell is not listed on the AutoQuote system we are not buying it at this
time.  You may want to check back periodically as we do make changes to our database regularly. 

What if I want to sell a LARGE quantity of used CDs, DVDs or games?

We are currently only buying discs through the AutoQuote process. Please submit the ones you want to
sell using the system on the site.

How can I tell the condition of a used disc?

To determine the condition of your disc, look on the side without the writing. Please note that we are
looking at the condition of the actual disc itself, not the case it comes in.

Base the condition of your CDs, DVDs or games on the following guidelines.

Excellent: No marks/mirror finish.

Good: Almost perfect, a light scratch or two

Fair: Many light marks. We don't buy CDs with "pinholes" where light shines through.

Please hold your disc up to a good light source (not the sun!) and check for pinholes of light that
show through the silver "bottom" of the CD. 

We will NOT accept discs that have pinholes, deep scratches, or that are unplayable.  It's also
necessary for the covers to be in good condition.    

Do you buy Promotional CDs

We do NOT buy Promotional CDs.

Do you buy CD Singles

We do buy some CD singles.  Check to see if the CD is in our database.  If it is not in our database we are
not buying it.

Do you buy record club CDs?

Yes, we do buy CDs issued by record clubs. Again, the same criteria apply as for any CDs. The CD must
include good condition front and back covers.
